Unethical practices, absolutely no transparency, company representative extremely rude person, they take 100% payment in advance then there is no trace of delivery and refund. It's a scam. Don't fall for it. "SCAM"
Hello, I am Rajiv Dave from Ahmedabad. Had placed an order from Amsi on 17 February, for which full payment of 14,699/- was done immediately. A few days after that I dropped a message for getting my delivery update for which I got a reply that “we have received your order and will be shipped. Waited for 10 more days but got no reply for which I texted them back and a person named “Girish Bhai” called me and said there's no record of your order when I already got the message that your order is confirmed and will be shipped. After sending him those screenshots he said ya it is there and you will get that in a week. It’s been 3 months and still, that week hasn’t arrived. I called Girish Bhai every day since I realized that he is just not delivering it and every day I get to hear “ mam Kal aa jayega mam parso aa jayega” And when I called he started talking rudely and didn’t reply properly. After which I asked for a refund and he said ok I will initiate a refund in 15 days, and this was said 1.5 months back for which I have neither received my refund nor my product. As he talks to me in a bad manner, my husband started calling him for a refund and as always he replied you will get it tomorrow, which hasn’t arrived yet, and as expected he is not picking up our call. We went through all reviews after this mess happened, and everyone out there is complaining about Girish Bhai and scams done by him. Warning to each and everyone who gets attracted to discounts price and product pictures by as— they just scam, eat your money, and never delivers your product or refunds back. Pls spread the word to all clients and interior designers and help get my refund back and help stop this to happen to someone else.
