"Fake and Cheat"
They are cheating customers with fake promises and duping customers with their hard-earned money. Customer Care is fake, Executives are fake. They don't have any responsibility and hospitality towards customers. They don't have a proper channel to talk or complain. No one cares. It's all cheating customers.
