"It is an upcoming and promising travel package brand"
Have taken their package since February 2022, and so far have been on 2 trips. They charge a nominal convenience fee which I think I charged as per the package taken, so far good experience.

"Very Bad Experience- Fake Company"
I had taken the membership of Makin Memories Company worth 50500/- At the time of making members, they were very attentive and responsive on all matters. Also, they had promised fake schemes. Which I came to know later after searching the review on Google. They are offering Holiday packages like Club Mahindra company which is the best holiday package company. Now when I asked for the Karnataka location so I shared the mail as per their requirement. Now they are asking for more money. When I told them about the package and the facility they had mentioned in the Paper they are now not responding to my mail. So my request is that they had cheated so many people so I needed my money back. Everyone is earning money very hard. Their License should get canceled.

"The worst holiday company ever"
Please don't take this membership. I have been trapped by giving wrong information and taking the membership. I am not able to travel anywhere due to the worst customer relationship they have. Mr. Sarfaraz's manager and Yashodara sales executive, give us all the wrong information and never heard offers finally when we contacted customer care they deny us the offers given by Sarfaraz and Yashodhara. These people will give false promises, while we take the makin memories membership and finally will switch off or disconnect when they see us calling them. The worst experience with a holiday membership as we have 2 membership of reputed company we are familiar with the comfort they offer. We plan holidays for peace and happiness, not for horrible sad memories

I went to goa, they gave me a room in a luxury hotel with breakfast, on time reply on mail, we enjoyed alot in goa. It was a memorable trip. Thank you, Makin Memories.

"Totally a fraud company"
They are just money makers. Once they get payment from you, they will show their actual face. For each and everything you have to call them and they will pretend like they are super busy and this that. Even they don't talk well and will keep u on hold and all types of drama. Their entire team should be behind bars.

"This is a fraud company."
This is a fraud company they say all nicer things and extra benefits etc., just to make us enroll for the membership. Once we enroll, they just ignore us. We are promised 1 banquet hall booking for every 1 year till membership enrolled years, and they charged us around 60k as a promotional offer. After the payment and time of booking, the helpdesk and booking persons suddenly told us that we are not eligible for it to enroll in the banquet hall, they asked us to upgrade the membership by paying an additional 50k. The person named Baiju from Kerala was the manager and Madhuri from UP was the salesperson. We tried to contact Baiju he is ignoring our calls and has no response to WhatsApp texts even though he is online he doesn't respond.

This is completely Fraud. They make promises at the time of taking membership, when we took the service, they denied and ask for a written agreement (services are not written agreement). At the time of taking membership they said they will provide car with guide and driver And give pickup and drop facility But later they told me all of that are chargeable They force me to make higher value plans so that they continue my booking else my money is gone So please make distance from this fraud company Please read their whole policy before making any payment else ur money is gone for nothing And all their promises are fake Before making any payment take in written else they deny for everything they promised during membership agreement
