I don't agree with the below comments, I also ordered ebooks those are "e books" only soft copies they will provide, they will inform us while paying the fee. even they will help us by sending ebooks on WhatsApp so friendly even in late evening they will help us.

I registered for the NASO Olympiad in good faith.And bought the Naso workbook as well as mock test papers online.The staffs assured that the books would reach me in time.But only the workbook was delivered.when I continuously contacted the office for the mock test papers.They delayed reply.And the reply came as.They don't have any hardcopy book for mock tests.Rather mailed me the link to fetch it online.After 3 months.When I reopened the link for studying.It says transfer expired.And I can't fetch it even after purchasing.Now I neither have time nor energy to go through all long procedures of contacting the office.This organization has zero responsibility and customer service. I m very disappointed as my money was in vain... And I couldn't use the mock papers
